When the Signal Drops

Table Etiquette & Timing
The live floor works because a few hundred people share one dealer politely. Here's the short version of how not to be the person everyone mutes.
- Dealers are working people on four-hour shifts. Say hello if you like — but chat abuse earns a mute from the moderators on the first strike, no debate.
- The stake window runs 15–20 seconds per round. Decide your amount before the window opens; the table won't hold the deal for a late tap.
- Don't ask the dealer what to play. They deal, they don't advise — and the moderators will step in if you keep pushing.
- Dispute a result the right way: note the round ID under the video, message the desk on WhatsApp, and the round gets pulled from the recording. Every deal is archived.
- If the stream stutters, don't spam re-place. Your original stake stands and settles on the real result — check the results tab first.
- Stepping away? Log out. Live tables don't pause between rounds, and an open session on a shared phone is your risk, not the studio's.
- Chat in Hindi or English — the dealers switch between both comfortably, and most tables run a friendly mix of the two all evening.
