KingExchange Privacy Policy
Effective: 10 July 2026 · Last reviewed: 10 July 2026 · KingExchange desk
Most privacy policies are written by lawyers, for lawyers. This one is written by the support desk that actually handles your data. The short-short version: we ask for almost nothing, we keep it only as long as its job lasts, and your number is never for sale.
- No KYC files for standard IDs
- Number never sold, ever
- Deleted on request via the desk
TL;DR
The Short Version
You message us on WhatsApp, we set up your King Exchange ID in about 2 minutes, and along the way we end up holding a small amount of your data. Here is the whole story in four lines:
- We collect five things at most: your WhatsApp number, a username, deposit references, basic device data and your chat history with the desk.
- Your WhatsApp number exists in our records for exactly one job — delivering your online cricket ID and answering your messages. It is never sold, rented, swapped or added to anyone's broadcast list.
- Standard IDs need no KYC documents. We hold no Aadhaar, no PAN, no passport scans and no selfies, because we never ask for them in the first place.
- Everything above can be deleted on request. One WhatsApp message to the desk starts the process, and it usually finishes inside 7 days.

What We Collect
Every field below comes from you directly — nothing is scraped, bought from a broker or pulled out of your contacts. When you request an online cricket ID through the desk, this is everything that lands on our side:
- WhatsApp number. The number you message from. We use it to send your ID, confirm deposits and answer questions. Switch numbers later? Tell the desk, we update the record, and the old number gets purged.
- Username. The handle registered on the panel. Pick anything — it does not need to be your real name, and most of our 3 lakh+ players don't use one.
- Deposit references (UTR numbers). When you pay by UPI, IMPS or bank transfer, the transaction reference lets us match your payment to your account in minutes instead of hours. We see the reference and the amount — not your bank balance, not your statement, not your other transactions.
- Device basics. Browser type, screen size, rough page-load times and which pages you visited on this site. These are aggregate numbers that tell us the site is fast and nothing is broken. None of it identifies you personally.
- Chat history. Whatever you have sent the desk on WhatsApp or Telegram. Kept so you never have to explain the same problem twice to a second agent, and so a payout dispute can be settled by reading what was actually said rather than what everyone remembers.
Just as important is what we don't collect. Standard King Exchange IDs need zero KYC documents — no Aadhaar, no PAN, no passport, no selfie holding a piece of paper. We also never ask for your contact list, your precise location or access to your photos. A policy cannot leak what was never collected, and that is the design.
Data · purpose · deadline
How We Use It
One table, no fine print. Each row is a piece of data we hold, the only reason we hold it, and when it gets deleted.
| Data | Why we hold it | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|
| WhatsApp number | Sending your ID, deposit confirmations, payout updates and support replies | While your ID is active, then 90 days |
| Username | Finding your account on the panel when you ask for help | While your ID is active |
| Deposit references (UTR) | Matching payments to accounts and settling payment disputes | 12 months from the transaction |
| Device basics | Site speed, error spotting and abuse blocking — aggregate only | 90 days, then rolled into anonymous totals |
| Chat history | Support context and payout verification | 6 months, then trimmed to open-issue threads |
Two rules sit behind that table. First, purpose lock: data collected for one job is never quietly reused for another — your deposit reference will not end up feeding an ad profile, because there is no ad profile. Second, the clock always runs: nothing on that list is kept "indefinitely", because indefinitely is how small data piles turn into big ones.
Messages, not marketing
WhatsApp & Telegram Messages
WhatsApp is how this desk works, so it's worth spelling out exactly what messages you'll get. If you message us, we reply — that's most of the traffic. Beyond direct replies, you will hear from us for three reasons only: your ID details when the account is created, a confirmation when a deposit lands, and a status note when a withdrawal is processed. That is account service, not marketing.
Want silence? Reply STOP to any message and non-essential contact ends within 24 hours. We will still send the messages your account genuinely needs — you probably want to know your withdrawal cleared in its usual 15–30 minutes — but nothing promotional. There are no broadcast blasts, no 2 a.m. "special offer" messages, and no bulk lists of numbers being messaged at once. Our Telegram channel works differently by design: it is opt-in. You join it for match alerts and ID updates, you leave whenever you like, leaving is instant, and we don't track who left.

Cookies & Analytics
What this site sets
Almost nothing. A single preference cookie so the site remembers small choices, like a dismissed notice, plus privacy-light analytics that count visits in aggregate — total visitors, popular pages, load times. We read those numbers the way a shopkeeper counts footfall: totals, not faces.
What it never sets
No ad trackers. No remarketing pixels. No cross-site anything. You will never see a King Exchange ad "following you" around the internet because of this site — the machinery for that simply is not installed. Block cookies entirely in your browser and every page here still works.
One honest footnote: our fonts and animation libraries load from public CDNs (Google Fonts, jsDelivr). Like any web request, those servers see your IP address while serving the file. That is standard web plumbing, not tracking we added — but you deserve to know it exists.

Who We Share With
Payment rails
UPI, IMPS and net-banking systems process your deposit the way they process any payment in India. They see what a payment inherently involves — accounts and amounts — under their own regulations, not ours.
Platform operators
The team running the panel infrastructure receives your username and WhatsApp number to provision the ID — without that handoff there is no account. They get those two fields and nothing else.
Absolutely no one else
No advertisers. No data brokers. No "trusted marketing partners". Nobody has ever bought a phone number from this desk, and nobody ever will — your number is not for sale at any price.
The one exception every honest policy has to name: a lawful order from a competent authority. If we are legally required to disclose something, we comply — narrowly, with only what the order actually covers, nothing extra thrown in.
Careful, not theatrical
Security
Security here is less about framed certificates and more about handling a small amount of data carefully, every single day.
- Encrypted transport. This site runs over HTTPS, and your chats ride on WhatsApp's own end-to-end encryption. Nothing between you and the desk travels as plain text.
- Access controls. The desk is a small team, each person on their own login. Player records do not live in a shared spreadsheet that anyone in the building can browse.
- Payout verification. Before funds move out, every withdrawal request is checked against the number and username on file. It is a fraud control — and it is also why a stolen username on its own cannot drain an account.
And the honest caveat: no system anywhere is unbreakable, and anyone who promises otherwise is selling something. Our real defence is the first section of this policy — we hold so little that there is very little to lose.
As long as the job, then gone
Retention
The table above gives the exact windows; this is the principle behind them. Data lives precisely as long as its job does, then it goes. Once your ID has been inactive for 12 months, your contact details are purged from the desk's records without you needing to ask. Chat threads are trimmed once the issue inside them is closed and the dispute window has passed. Aggregate statistics — "how many players joined in June" — stick around, because they contain no individuals.
If you come back after a purge, you simply start fresh: new WhatsApp message, new ID in about 2 minutes, ₹100 minimum deposit, same as the first time. Nothing about a deletion is held against you.
Ask, fix, erase
Your Rights
Access
Ask what we hold on you and we send the actual records — number, username, deposit references and retained chat — usually within 7 days. Free, and no forms to fill.
Correction
Changed your number, or spotted a detail that's wrong? One WhatsApp message and the desk fixes the record while you are still in the chat.
Erasure
Ask for deletion and we close the ID if it's open, purge your records and confirm when it's done. Any pending payout is settled first — we won't delete our way out of paying you.
All three run through the desk on WhatsApp at +91-8109711726, verified against the number on your account so a stranger can never request your records. The 24x7 human support team handles these directly — no ticket queue, no "please allow 30 business days".
Hard rule
Children
KingExchange is 18+ with no exceptions and no grey areas. Exchange trading involves real funds and financial risk, and it is not for minors — full stop. We do not knowingly create IDs for anyone under 18, and the desk asks questions when something feels off: a school-hours usage pattern, a payment account in a parent's name. If we discover an under-18 account, it is closed the same day and every record attached to it is deleted. Parents or guardians who suspect a minor is using the service can reach the desk directly and it will be treated as a priority, not a ticket.
No silent edits
Changes & Contact
Policies drift, and ours will too, occasionally. When we change this page, the "Last reviewed" date at the top moves. If the change is material — a new type of data collected, a new sharing category, a shorter retention promise — active players get a WhatsApp note before it takes effect, not after. Quietly editing a policy and hoping nobody notices is exactly the kind of behaviour this page exists to rule out.
Questions about anything here? The contact page lists every way to reach us — WhatsApp, Telegram and phone (+91-8109711726). Privacy questions go to the same human desk that answers everything else, 24x7, which means you get an answer from someone who can actually see how your data is handled, not a canned paragraph.
Quick answers
Privacy FAQ
What information does kingxchange.co.in collect about me?
Five things at most: the WhatsApp number you message from, the username on your King Exchange ID, deposit references (UTR numbers), basic device data like browser type, and your chat history with the desk. No Aadhaar, no PAN, no passport scans — standard IDs need zero KYC documents.
Will my phone number ever be sold or shared?
Sold, never — not to advertisers, data brokers or marketing lists, at any price. Shared in exactly two narrow cases: platform operators see it to provision your ID, and payment rails process it as part of a deposit. That is the complete list, and a lawful order from a competent authority is the only thing that could ever extend it.
What cookies does this site set?
Almost none. One small preference cookie so the site remembers minor choices, plus privacy-light analytics that count visits in aggregate — totals, not profiles. No ad trackers, no remarketing pixels, no cross-site tracking of any kind. Block cookies entirely in your browser and every page here still works.
How do I ask for my data to be erased?
Message the desk on WhatsApp at +91-8109711726 from the number on your account and say you want your data deleted. We verify it is really you, settle any pending payout first, close the ID if it is still open, then purge your records — usually inside 7 days — and confirm when it is done.
Minimal data. Full ID in ~2 minutes.
One WhatsApp message gets you a King Exchange ID — username, ₹100 minimum deposit, first trade — and this policy is the whole paper trail.
